A message from American Billiard Radio about our Featured Room of the Week segment:
Myself, Mr. Bond, Mike, Jerry, Alison and Mark all genuinely want to see the people and businesses of the pool world thrive and succeed, even and especially at the local level where the new and future players of this great country are spawned and groomed.
So, in our own little way, we'd like to lend a hand, and help spread the word about all the great pool and billiard establishments we have out there from coast to coast.
To do this, (as we have done already) we'll be including a special segment on our show about a different pool hall each week, to meet the owners and get to know more about the place, with the hopes that next time you're in their neighborhood, you'll stop by and enjoy their facility.
The good folks at GoPlayPool.com have joined us in our efforts to promote and stimulate pool growth, and should be applauded for taking on the daunting task of documenting all of these great pool establishments, and interviewing their proprietors, even as more of them slip out of existence each month.
