I picked that cue up from a collector who commissioned it directly from Ernie. He was a huge Cocobolo and Cortland Linen fan. That is is a fantastic cue. Congrats on adding it to your collection!
Do you know what year it was made?
The three numbers/letters stand for:
Year: in your case 2K is for the year 2000. This will usually be a two-digit number.
Joint type: I for ivory, S for steel
Number: sequence number
