Does anyone have any of the art showing how the old cues were made
Palmer,Rambro,Brunswick,

or for that matter some of the modern ones

Build sheets especially by the original cue maker

I want some for a future museum that you guys will
want to see

Something like the baseball hall of fame

complete with cues and pictures stories and memorabilia

its not me but I am donating stuff
so if you have some and don't want to make a killing on something that
would be of little use to anyone else anyway

contact me by PM

Dean,

I think that you might be surprised at what rare billiard ephemera (drawings, letterheads, contracts, build sheets, catalogs, etc) sells for. There are more people looking and collecting this material than you realize.

Good luck in your search!

I have a ton, the Billiards Museum was bust and I am working on acquiring what I can from it as well. Look for a real brick and mortar museum sometime soon (I hope)

Part of my plan when starting the Intermnational Cue Collectors Show was to establish a brick and mortar Museum for Billiard cues.

My intention was to get a 501c3 tax exempt status so that Collectors could donate all or parts of their collection and receive a tax deduction.

One established it would be the permanent location of the ICCS show.

I looked at several locations and Santa Fe NM seemed the best location but the rents were very high.

If anyone comes up with a good idea I would be interested in helping.

Not sure what happened to his collection, but our own member David “Bond” May have had items pertaining to your inquiry. I hope someone responsible is able to save what he acquired.

What did happen to him if you don't mind me asking, I talked to him several times about billiard items and collectors.
I thought someone said he passed?
