That's impressive. It looks like something from a camera.

Was it marketed as a tip-centering tool? I have never seen any tip repairman use such a thing.

yes sir, i bought this from a member on here several years ago, iam trying to find him i want to buy another one, he made them in 2 different sizes.

What purpose is the level?
If the tool aligns and centers the tip onto a shaft, why would it matter if the cue was absolutely plumb vertical when doing that?

Facing. This tool offers the option of reinstalling a tip that popped off. It is an incredibly well-engineered tool
