R7 refers to a series of potential matches

7 to 7, 7 to 6, 8 to 6, 8 to 5, 9 to 5, etc

Mild means it is weakly handicapped. The lower-rated player will get the match that gives him the best chance of willing without that chance exceeding 30%

Lol .... With all the snow up there and nothin to do in the winter but play pool /stuck inside all day , it's amazing how every tournament north of the mason dixon line is handicapped... lol .... Heck down here in Florida we fish , mountain bike etc . Never catch me in a pool room but heck is I drive all the way up to Montana and spot someone stuck inside 6 months outa the year ! Lol ... Fargo is a joke !
