That was an old TAR match, right? I think part of a double header? I forget who the other 2 players were. I believe Schmidt won by a close margin.
Yes, a 3-day 10-Ball TAR match in July, 2008. Schmidt trailed 23-30 after the first day, led 70-63 after the second day, and finished with a 100-88 victory.
The other match you're remembering, played in the 2 days before Schmidt/Kirkwood, was Bartram defeating Dechaine 100-82 in 10-Ball.
Thanks! Yes I was going to write the score was 100-88 as that number was in my head. But then I doubted myself that maybe the race was only to 25 as there wouldn’t be time for a double header. Always go with first gut
