It premieres on Netflix after a limited theater release. Directed by Scorsese and starrring DeNiro, Pacino, Pesci, Kietel, Stevie Van Zant and a host of others. Story about Frank Sheeran a mob hit man as ne recalls his life.

Got through about an hour and a half of it.
Haven't I seen this before?
Same old Scorcese.

Interesting that they have quite a few scenes from the Villa Di Roma restaurant on 9th street, right on the Italian Market.
I have been going to this restaurant for 50 years.
Real red gravy joint and it looks like neighborhood joint inside.
The interior was not of the restaurant nor was the exterior of the restaurant.

They got the neon sign right though.


Pool may not build character but it certainly will reveal it.

Just returned from seeing "The Irishman" Thanksgiving Dinner was pretty good too
3 1/2 hour movie, difficult to tell where reality drops off and Hollywood fantasy begins.
Get some popcorn, I think you'll like this one.
