Mystery Cue - 05-06-2012, 07:45 PM

I just bought this cue. I think I got a great deal on it. From the pics.. can anyone tell me anything about it? 13 Points. Mother of Pearl Diamonds.

Don't know the maker but it looks like a Chinese import.

Filipino, almost definitely not Chinese.

Possibly made by Patrick Hermans.

Possibly one of these: http://borizcustom.com/

There are other possibilities as well.

Yeah this was the phrase used.

"A fine nearly-new wrapless cue made by the pros in Bustamante’s home town in the Philippines. "

SO who is this .." Patrick Herman "

No doubt the cue was made in the Pampanga province of the Philippines ...maybe even in San Fernando city

Several guys around that area make this style of cue - without a marking of some kind, trying to figure out which one made your cue might be like spitting in the ocean.

I believe he is a German living in PI. I have heard he is not making cues anymore. He made Audrick cues, but they are all marked. He had a partner, I don't remember his name.

Yours is unmarked so it is likely one of the many other makers of this style.

So could it be a Audrick Cue. But before they started putting the Mark at the bottom?
