I don't know... but damn that cue looks super familiar. I am sure I have seen pictures of it or one like it before.

I'm probably wrong, but given the clover inlay and the big joint pin, I would throw out Jim McDermott as a possibility. Custom, not one of his catalog cues. The buttplate and bumper are different from his standard at the time, but it's just a guess.
