Here is a link to a story about the results of the Red Shoes Tournament along with a picture of local player, Denny Keehan. Denny was a jockey that went down with his mount and has been paralyzed ever since. He is now confined to the wheelchair, but never uses his disability as an excuse and has more heart than many competitors.

Denny is a terrific guy - patient, very friendly, never complains or expects favors because of his disability. Did I say patient? Have you ever been frustrated by getting out of position and having to use the bridge? Denny has to use it on half his shots. Do you get tired playing two long games in one night? Denny uses triple the energy wheeling himself around than we do walking.

Everybody loves Denny and it was great that he did so well in the tournament.
