The 1st of three qualifiers start tomorrow. Nothing on the QBSF website.
A guy on Facebook linked to the following site. I think it is the same Polish guy that did it last year: http://www.esnooker.pl/turnieje/2019/w9bc/en/w9bc_2019.php
Quite a few big names showing in the qualifiers (unclear if this is the complete list that will be whittled down from for all three days): (Chung Ko Ping), David Alcaide, Chang Yu Lung, Ruslan Chinakhov, Babica, Naoyuki Oi, Nikos Ekonomopulos, Petri Makkonen, Hybler, Dang Jinhu, Wang Can, Liu Haitao, Mario He.

No Filipino qualifiers other than Manalo?!?!
Stage 2 list: http://www.esnooker.pl/turnieje/2019/w9bc/en/show_list_players4.php
Not sure how accurate it is. Only shows 93 entrants including 12 qualifiers from above. One QBSF Facebook post says there is 112 players. Also it lists Chung Ko Ping too so maybe the 3rd Ko is in the qualifier above.
"Qualifiers: 10, 11 & 12 December
Player’s Meeting: 13 December
Stage 2: 14, 15, 16 & 17 December"
There is also this Facebook page which might be spam: https://www.facebook.com/World9BallChampionship2019/
No Orcollo, Raga, Lee Van, Aranas, Bergman?
So it looks like they have reduced it this year from 128 down to 112 players and the overall length of the event. They had a holiday in the middle of it last year too.
