Since cues are built with different joints.

Is there a preferred joint/pin/size for the Carbon Shaft, that the pros prefer MORE than another? 5/16???

In Golf they say over 70% of players use Titlist, is it because of the ''feel''?

Cue feel changes dramatically with different joints.

Based on that experiment in Texas a few years ago it doesn't. They covered the joint on various cues and had people hit them. Virtually all of them could not tell what joint was in the cue. Taper, ferrule and tip make way more difference than the joint. Carbon shafts can be had in most of the common types. Revos are Radial or Uniloc unless modified to fit other pin.
