Just a little FYI about Zim's Rack APT:

Each host pool room on the Zim's Rack APT pays $100.00 per month for 12 months and receives 4 events per tour year. They receive $5.00 per player per event and after 3 years of running the tour, the host pool rooms have earned an average of 70% of their $1,200.00/year back in greens fees, not including any food and alcohol sales. We have been averaging around 45 players for the Tour Stops after 3 years.

Starting in 2009, we will have monthly raffles at our Tour Stop events. We will raffle off 1 pool cue valued at $100-$200 for $10.00 per ticket, we will sell an arm length of tickets for $5.00 for a chance to win accessories (chalkers, scuffers, chalk holders, cleaners, etc). I'm pretty sure that we can sell at least 10 raffle tickets for a cue and 10 raffle tickets for the accessories, don't you think?

Below is a quick breakdown of how we plan to acquire Added Money to the 2009 Zim's Rack APT Final Tour Championship. The 2009 seasaon currently has 2 Tours under Zim's Rack APT, the Gateway Amateur Tour (GAT) in the St. Louis/Metro East area and the Paducah Amateur Tour (PAT) in the Paducah, KY area and have 2 others in the process now. We are looking at other regions to start additional tours under our tour system. As you can see from the numbers below, having a $20,000 Added AMATEUR event is quite possible with the Zim's Rack APT.

Zim's Rack APT Final Tour Championship

30 players x $5.00 each x 12 events = $1,800
10 tickets x $10.00 each x 12 events = $1,200
10 tickets x $5.00 each x 12 events = $ 600
Added money from host pool rooms = $1,200
Total added money from each tour= $4,800

$4,800 per tour x 2 tours= $9,600
$4,800 per tour x 3 tours= $14,400
$4,800 per tour x 4 tours= $19,200
$4,800 per tour x 5 tours= $24,000
$4,800 per tour x 6 tours= $28,800
$4,800 per tour x 7 tours= $33,600
$4,800 per tour x 8 tours= $38,400

* All Added money does not include any other revenue from sponsors, donations, etc.
