What you could try is doing a 10 ball break and run. They often do these at tournaments in the city. Everyone buys a raffle ticket and one person gets called. They earn money for every ball they pot. If you foul or miss.. it's over.

Maybe do a 10 ball break and run every day. Each person can only do it once per day. If they run the whole rack, they get the purse. If not, they have to try again the next day or someone else can try.

I've won an 8-ball on the break pot at a little dive bar. I immediately raised my hands in the air and accidentally put my cue in a ceiling fan.

It was about 400 dollars. Nice pot that accrued over a few months. I bought a round for my opponents group of friends and spent the rest fixing my cue. LOL
