I got a call from an Az fellow
he said I want that cue,can you send it today?
I will send the money when I get to the bank

I mailed the cue,today i got my check in the mail

Kinda feel good story
we don't need to bash everybody

Who was that honorable man?

Same here.

That's what me and Pat Diveney have been doing for the last 7 years. I do the same thing with guys on the 24 Hour Camp Fire and the Alaska Outdoors Forums. Guns, optics, checks, Postal Money Orders, etc.

Never a problem when dealing with outdoorsmen who love and respect the outdoors and men that love and respect pool.

Maybe I just been lucky.

I grew up in a small town. Daddy never locked the doors. Momma didn't even have latches on the screen doors, just long springs. Grandma brought in strangers at Christmas time and fed them.

In my family, the birth of Jesus was our greatest blessing. When we worked, we worked hard. When we played, we played hard. Still do.

it is refreshing just to see some decency,nothing here to complain about'
i can not remember when i met don,we have bought and sold to and from
each other over the years.

seems like my first mmory was him looking at a szamboti and barry wasn't
sure if it was his dads.then the seller called me and i was sure it was so i called
barry and his research confimed the genuineness,so i bought the cue.
don was very disapppointed ,but all we could do was shrug our shoulders.
It never occured to us to get mad,and therefore we established a friendly
business relationship

I have found him to be a good guy,conscientuos ,trustworthy,and i didn't
mind sharing my experience.

I like the stories you 2 guys expressed,best wishes to you guys

Don may he one of the most trustworthy guys I have met in the last 25 yrs and not just in the Pool World he is 5 Star for sure.
