10 Ball Respotting

I played a 10 ball match yesterday and one interesting situation came up. I was shooting the 9 ball, called the pocket and made it. The cue ball then caromed into the 10 and the 10 dropped into another pocket. The CB stopped overlaying the foot spot. If I understand correctly the 10 must be re-spotted in this case and I'll be shooting it again. Where should it be spotted, since the foot spot is occupied by the CB?

Thanks

Under both World Standardized Rules and CSI rules, the 10 spots on the long string, below the cue ball and as close as possible to the cue ball without being frozen to it.

CSI Rules 1-46-1 thru 1-46-3. WSR 1.4.
