Tapered Tungsten Carbide Sleeve, you need make the core & DIY your sanding mandrel by yourself.

material hardness: 91.4-91.6 Rockwell HRA, each sleeve's dimension - ID: 5/8", Length: 1/2"

have 3 sizes available below,
#1, OD Taper from 0.835" to 0.840"
#2, OD Taper from 0.840" to 0.845"
#3, OD Taper from 0.845" to 0.850"

so, you may need 2 carbide sleeves above to make male & female parts. have 2 options for sale, each set price is $80, free shipping.
1st set, #1 + #2, 0.840", quantity: 2 sets only
2nd set, #2 + #3, 0.845", quantity: 1 sets only
Delivery time about 7-15 business day via USPS.

*** I do customized size also, but MOQ: 2 sets. customized size's price to be confirm.

Metalware, In each set, does one receive 4 sleeves, that is, 1 sleeve for the butt and 1 sleeve for the shaft in 2 sizes-.835 to .840 and ,840 to .845.? If so, I would buy set 1 which is the set I have mentioned above.

1 set have 2 sleeves. One sleeve for butt, one sleeve for shaft.

In your original post, you say that you can do custom sizes, but can you do them just straight sizes with no taper?
