Help identify this cue - 09-15-2019, 07:12 AM

At minimum the cue is 25 years old. Stars are inlayed. I added the butt stop rubber

I have no idea and am no expert but never saw anything like that. One piece cue, hand carved handle, perhaps someone who did woodworking decided to make a cue?

Age isn't much of a factor, but I'm not sure it was made
to be used as a pool cue.
