Do you have a store front? Tax ID number? LLC or CORP?

For wholesale: Cue & Case is very good to me, but, kind of hard to get into because they mainly supply retailers. If you contact Simonis Direct or Championship they will most likely deal with you. Pat is also a good connection and he is not very far from you! Good Luck.
