How does one enter the world of trickshots and artistic pool? Yes there is mike masseys book and videos but how do you build yourself up to where you can enter amateur trick shot competitions. And what equipment should you use (besides eventually getting a masse cue) and having a reliable jump cue. And the biggest thing I wonder, iis it better to use a cue with a wrap or wrapless? Does it even matter? Same with the pin, 5 16 18, 5 16 14, 3 8 10, radial or does it even matter and lastly low deflection shaft or standard maple?
