being a gun fag, I will ask who did your 229? I have been out a while, but I had TJ do mine back around 99, and it came out looking a lot like yours, short trigger, bobbed hammer, slick ($$$) action work and trigger job.
Is yours a package or build up?

it's the .40 SAS package out of the SIG custom shop.... best most accurate piece i ever owned!
yup, I shot a Sig (TJ tuned 226) at the academy, and then made IDPA master with it. Sigs fit your hand like you squished a piece of clay.
I fell in love with high end 1911's, but I will always have a soft spot for Sigs.
