I'm gonna keep tryin' until I get one right.
Wait a second. You mean there's a right way to play straight pool?!?

Priority is to clean up below the break ball.
9,2,1,6,15,14,8,13, 3 break.
I like your order. On the last three balls it might depend on where you get on the 15 and how you can get on the next ball, but yours is plan A. I think you have to be able to get through the 15 in this pattern nearly all the time.I defy Bob Jewett to buck me on this one... go ahead Bob, Make My Day.

Here's what Johnny Archer did with these balls. It looks like he was following the Dan/Poolmanis/Dennis plan but got too straight on the 6.

From a purist perspective he got the wrong angle on the 6 ball from the 1 ball. That draw with spin was the result of a mistake. I think the mistake was having too much angle on the 1 so he had to go to a cushion rather than controlling the angle with stun speed.
You're a little young to have turned into a curmudgeon, Dan.... But then again, it also bothers me to see straight pool matches advertised as "races" so what do I know?
