It’s made in Taiwan, not the Philippines.
I have never seen a Jovi cue, but I trust Timothy Soong when he says they are good cues. I will make a visit to Taiwan again sometime in the near future and I hope to meet him. I was hoping to do it last year when I was there.
For the price, it doesn't look like there's much to complain about. They'll play as you good as you can.
Jovi Cues..............no. Novi Blowers..........yes!
