I bought literally thousands of dollars worth of stuff from him basically a whole shop to add to my own.
I didn't have any issues. actually he even sent me a extra tailstock for free for my cue monster.
When I received everything I wanted he still had enough stuff left to make another shop I think it s quit possible he just fell behind with trying to ship all of it with his work schedule.
hopefully you guys can resolve this.
No, that's not it. He told me yesterday he shipped it UPS freight and it was being returned because my address was undeliverable. I asked him for a tracking number and he did not provide it. If this was on the level and he was interested in getting it under control he would have just forwarded me the tracking but he did not. At this point I have serious doubts he even has in his possession the lathe he offered for sale as it was pointed out in this thread that he offered it for sale a year and a half ago using the same photos and a different member name and I noticed in that thread there claimed to be a contented buyer thanking him for the nice lathe and the quick shipping
.
No this isn't a misunderstanding, it's criminal fraud and I am treating it as such at this point. If he somehow does in fact possess this lathe, I have two sons serving in the united states military within a couple of hours of his address who will go pick it up for me with a police escort. I'm working on it, will let you guys know what happens.
He is basically mocking me saying the "shipping issue" isn't a crime and items paid for and not receive is a "civil" matter not criminal nor is a "slow refund" and instructed me to "watch the mailbox" for it. No that's not what's happening next, the limit of my patience has been reached. I will not sit here passively and be scammed and stolen from.
