Interested in buying a kit of tools

Hello,
I'm interested in buying a kit of tools (drill, tap, etc.) for setting a pin such standards as radial pin,3/8х10, 5/16х18, 5/16х14 on a cue stick.
Also I'm seeking a kit for making a return screw-thread in a shaft using a mechanical lathe (not CNC).
I also want to purchase a pin of the above standards.
Any help would be much appreciated.
