I have had morons want me to work under about that much ice. Water leaks twenty-four/seven in the plants. Ten or twelve story unit, huge icecycles and sheets of ice, and of course warming up nicely by early afternoon and sun shining on the ice.
My brother and best friend at the time got fired off of a job for refusing to work under ice hanging about like that snow. Of course still teenagers and telling the general superintendent to take a long leap at a short woman, fly over her and have sex with a cactus instead probably didn't help any!
Looks like the guy in the gif might have gotten lucky, might not have. If he survives I suspect mensa won't be knocking on his door anytime soon.
