bolt on Vollmer

When you say bolt, I assume you mean weight bolt? If you can't unscrew it, I would send it back to the maker. If you want to mess with it yourself, it might void out any warranties the cue might have. If you aren't worried about that, you can take some heat to the bolt and then try unscrewing it.
