"Potbelly" pool table

Hello,

I was wanting any information on this table. I was told it was a Steepleton "potbelly" style pool table. It looks like it may need refinishing, but the leather pockets look awsume.

I'm guessing 1920-30?.

Whats a fair price?
What would it cost to get new rails?
Would the subrails need to be recut ?

I really dig the 6 legss. Is this why its called the potbelly?.
