What's my Schon?

Just purchased this beautiful cue and would like to see if any Schön experts can identify it! I have looked at a ton of Schön cue pics on the web, but haven't seen anything that matches it "exactly". The previous owner thought it was an STL-6 with upgraded ring work and it may very well be. It's close, but I think it might be something else.

Would appreciate any feedback.

Found it! It's a CX26!

Not sure what it is exactly, searched for stl15 and cx22 and cant find one like it exactly. Plays awesome and has been my new player here recently.

My guess is it’s a STL 15 with a black butt cap. If you read the fine print about schons it says the stain color , inlay material and butt cap color may different than shown.

Bob Runde said he made.this in 1985 1 of only 2 schon ever with scrimshaw
I.sold this about a year ago and regret it but it went to a good AZ member

Schon Elite

I couldn't get info from Evan on this 2005 Elite cue. It doesn't hit as well as my fav 1985 R12 with ivory ferrules. I was surprised when the old ivory shafts would not fit the newer Schon.

Hi all,
I got this Schon SL 15 about a month ago and it is a great player and good looking. Can anyone tell me what wood was used for the butt sleeve and points?

Looks like a stack of poker chips, I like it.


Here are my Schons:
#3 is an SL-7 and #2 is an STL-4. Both are used often and are dirty as hell.
