I just picked this cue up. Any help identifying it?

please post a picture without the bumper on the end.. of the screw hole.. and is the white on the bottom ivory?

kinda reminds me of the bottom of a Hercek?

Someone else had a cue on here with a bumper like that not long ago, but I couldn't remember who made it. Nice cue, looks and sounds like a real player. Enjoy!
