Call Ken at Classic Billiards.

https://www.classicbilliards.net

You may need a large drill press and Forstner Bit to hollow out your pedestals so you can mount the nut plate.

Parts needed:

(4) Nut Plates
(8) Wood Screws to mount the Nut Plates
(4) 3/4-16 studs
(4) 3/4-16 nuts
(4) Adjustable Feet.

If you decide not to convert to adjustable feet, but don't want the feet on a pile of unsightly shims, you can set up the frame where you want the table, with all the feet on the floor, then shim on top of the pedestal between it and the frame. Use flat shims, not wedges.

As Rexus said, Ken at Classic Billiards has that stuff.

If your original feet are in good condition and you want to save some cash, they can be drilled & tapped.
