I was watching a marquetry cue on ebay that was shipping worldwide and looking good, and i was very surprised it didn't get a single bid.
starting price was 1000$ no reserve...

Very curious why no one made a bid.

not sure if i can post the link , hope it is ok. i'm not the seller and don't know the seller. http://www.benl.ebay.be/itm/121705944448?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

anyone who has any idea why it wasn't sold? seller looks fine and cue looks fine too. did the market really dry up that much in the last since 2008? i haven't been trading the last years, but 1k sounded like a steal.

These cues are very hard to sell and under appreciated. There is not much of a call for them. Unfortunately you can't cut one in half and make a conversion out of it... :)
