This guy has ripped off lots of people, usually comes into the forum does a few legit deals and then he scams somebody. Below are some the names he has used in the past. The address has been Watkins Glen, NY among others. Here's the link to the FBI internet fraud complaint; http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx All this information was gathered by one of the members: ridewiththewind also known as Lisa.

bigdogk9 belongs at the top of this list. I even did a trade with this guy and left him feedback.
bigdogk9 sounds like a motorcycle seat.

I would think so. I moderate another forum where we have users w/ multiple names. I can see their IPs, and when they match that of someone who is banned, the main mod just goes ahead and blocks their IP address.

But with that said, anyone with a local library of VPN can work around it. Not foolproof, but a start.

No.
He can use his phone to get internet access. Use it as wireless portal.
He can also pay for IP masking services.
Hell, the infamous person here who got lambasted for selling crooked shafts at premium prices had some Billy Bob from Georgia vouch for him. It was so obvious it was him. My suspicion was he was using PC Anywhere or some remote controller for a computer that was in Georgia . Like a relative's pc.
He's never been back after that time he shilled for the infamous one.
Not in that same alias anyway.

Definitely, and if you are the seller, even with all your ducks in a row, when he files a
claim with Paypal and loses, don't expect the cue he sends back to be in the same
condition as when you sent it out.
