A couple things...

I made a trick shot video 25 years ago.

Today seemed like a good time to put this up

I was inspired by the Japanese trick shot master Yoshikazu Kimura
and tried to make as many of his shots as I could.

most of the other shots came from a book from Robert Byrne
I really liked the shots on top of coin wrappers

my son was ten at the time and was usually on roller skates

I actually made some of the shots on the first try, but if I missed I would have to rewind the camera to the end of the previous shot and start over.

The Bottle shot where the cue hits the bottom ball and the top ball lands on the bottle took at least four hours over a couple days, and to my surprise the bottom ball goes in the side, just out of view

I never told anyone before, but the other bottle shots were just luck, and I left them in because why not.

My friend Joe converted the vhs tape to cd. If you have an accu stats cd that begins like mine does thank Joey

I recorded this version with an old camera while playing the cd on the tv because I couldn't figure out how to get the cd onto the computer.

By todays standards I would have titled it Trick Shots 101. I can not believe what they do nowadays.

what the heck happened to my hair???
