We will be holding the 2012 NC State JR 9-ball Championship here at Gate City Billiards Club.

Race to 5, Final Match Race to 7
WPA Rules
Cost: $20 (includes BEF Membership)
2 Brackets 14& Under and 18& Under
Winners of Both Brackets Qualify For the Nationals

Good luck to everyone. If anyone there wants to stream from the tournament, it's incredibly easy. Just sign up for a free ustream.tv account, install the app on your smartphone, and click stream. You'd want some good lighting, but aside from that it's a piece of cake to setup a basic stream for parents/grandparents/friends to watch.

I am going to work with the room owner and league operator in my area to stream our Junior 9 Ball championship and maybe the other Nationals qualifiers.

The only drawback is that some of the kids may get more nervous playing if they knew they were on "TV".

We have two tables that are streamed though DropCam. From a PC you can view it by clicking the links on my website www.gatecitybilliards.com. From a mobile devise you have to download the DropCam app and enter the user name "gatecity" and the password "billiards".
