13 millimeter just does not feel right to me I have to use minus 1/64th golf grips according to the fitting chart is there a similar chart for pool cues?

Are you saying that 13mm is too big or too small for your hand?...JER
I don't know of any chart for fitting your hand to the cue. As for tip size, if 13 mm is uncomfortable, try something smaller. Some builders/companies are going with 12.75 mm standards. Lower deflection shafts come in around 11.75 mm.
It may just be a matter of finding a taper you like. A standard pro taper will be the same size as the tip for approximately the first 10". Modified tapers gradually get larger the first 10".
