I'm just starting that very same process, only with about twice the sq. footage.

My plan is to build it like a granny flat/mother-in-law's quarters for resale value. Only, I will just have a 3/4 bathroom and a wet bar that will seat 7 or 8 in place of the kitchen. If I sell the home, then the new owners can make it into a real kitchen.

I will be meeting with the architect Saturday.

It's Cali, so this will be expensive. Tightens the bunghole up even thinking about it.

I had to deal with 3 years of leaking garage roof before I now am the proud owner of this very dry 8 foot Imperial table with Championship Invitational 20 oz. woolen cloth in Championship Green. Aramith Premium balls, and a Miller Lite pool light from the 1980s.

Home Rooms And Coronavirus

In designing my home I set aside one level for billiards. It includes 2 bedrooms, a full bath, music area, and of course a refurbished 1910 Brunswick. Not that I am against drinking, but a bar was not included because of my kids and their friends. Time seems to escape me, but now in retirement plans to finish the arrowhead collection and signed photos of world champion players will move ahead. If you want to contribute your signed photo and description it will be properly displayed.

With the coronavirus quarantine, this has kept me busy or should I say entertained? ....and when the pool halls open I'll be out looking for some of those Stimulus Checks. But till then I be on the horse trails with my friends since the bridle trails have not been closed for social distancing.

Sorry about the wide screen but with a new laptop and size restrictions of photos, I haven't been able to digest it all.
