As most of you know Dean and I have been friends for many years and with Christmas
almost here I wanted to do something special for him. Since I know he puts no value
on material things I decided to spare no time or effort in giving a gift that he can cherish

He slipped and fell and busted his head
I thought for sure that he was dead
But a spark still burned so I called my wife and
late that night we saved the life of Deano

I turned and headed for the door

The word spread throughout the town
that I had shot Deano down but
no one can explain why
I just shake my head,and smile
