Too much time on my hands again, so I dreamed up some pool terms:

DIME TIME - time to stop woofing and put up the cash
ROADGRADER - road player who levels his opponents
ROACH MOTEL STUCK - sucked a fish into playing a set, he got lucky, won, so now you've frozen up $500 in an ahead set, he just opened with a 5-pack, coming off the stall; you're not just stuck, you're Roach Motel Stuck
BARNEY FIFE - only got 1 bullet/barrel
CLICK - sound of an empty gun, no bullets/barrels, playing on air
GOT A SCALE? - means you got too much money to count, gotta weigh it
JAILER - lockup artist
THIS IS LIKE A BAD MOVIE, YOU AIN'T GONNA LIKE THE ENDING - when you've got someone in a coma
DABBIN AND GRABBIN - dabbin' (playing lights out) and grabbin' the dough
CHIWAAWAA - player who dogs it and whines
TAIL WAGGIN' THE DOG - crummy player with a very expensive cue
WHERE'S THE ROYCE - your opponent will say "huh?", you say "Well, I've seen the rolls" Used when your opponent is getting ALL the rolls
MOONDANCE - when a nit overwoofs about his/her ability, bankroll, etc, howling at the moon, or mooning (showing their butt)
SQUEEZE THAT LEMON - means come off the stall (lemon)
NITTING NEEDLE - cue stick used by a nit
SEED - short for hayseed; a fish, mark, easy score
ATM - a seed who keeps coming back for more; hustler's best friend
GOT WET PANTIES? - to a woofer who's been talking big, but now is backing down. To be reserved for the most flagrant offenders.
BISCUIT - means a dollar. My old buddy Ted Robinson from Cincy used to use this term, so I include it in his memory.

OK, sportsfans, your turn to add to our colorful lexicon.
