Vintage Cue I.D. Help

Ran across what looks like maybe 60's - 70's vintage cue with reverse joints. No markings on the handle, joint, butt or shaft. I think that Dufferin / Brunswick built some similar cues in the day. I know this cue has no are very little value, just would like to nail down some of the history like actual brand name and year(s) it was produced etc.

Any advice where to begin is appreciated.

Asian import. Not Adam, but China/Taiwan.

Possibly sold through Brunswick but not Brunswick branded.

These were sold under numerous brand names. I'll look through a couple old catalogs...may run into it.

Not really worth anything though.

Someone else said they had one very similar to this they bought from k-mart around 30 years ago. I think your right about it being some type of no name import; appreciate you looking further into this for me.

No problem.

By the way, that looks like a ramin wood shaft. Very inferior to maple but often used in the old days on cheap pool cue shafts. Now an endangered protected species due in part to the cheap pool cue industry.

I didn't find an exact match in my catalogs but it is very similar to models sold under the company names Sure Shot and Ajay.
