The picture you posted is very blurry.
However, any cue maker should be able to repair it for you.
No one can send you a ring that will fit perfectly to glue on.
It needs to be fitted to look like the original joint.
If you get no other offers send it to me and Ill be happy to fix it for you.
Usually one day turnaround.
If you could post a nice sharp photo it might help.
