They have a small room on top of the stairs and there is one guy doing tip and cue repair there.
I don't remember who its was but he has been there the last 3 years I have attended.
Also this is usually one vendor selling cues as well.
(with Hustlin apparel selling in front)
USBTC doesn't have much in the line of vendors there.
I usually get my tips done at the BCA in vegas.
