At an big ternament like the Canadian's the people should of been playin on the nine footer instead of the barbox,so there fore the refs are to blame.It is sappose to be a international turnament,not a friday night 10 buck pub turnament,and iguess you are right they should follow the rules even if it is a dress code in the turnament.
