Ford Panel Van
Converted School Bus
Mercedes Adventure Van
Old school VW Westfalia Bus
Station Wagon of some sort (American, German, whatever)
Minivan
1970 Fiat 500 Abarth?

What would your ultimate roadtrip car be? Doesn't have to be listed above. Are you the type that adheres to the rule of never sleeping in your car? If you have gone on a pool playing roadtrip, let's see some pictures!

The old road players favored a "luxobarge". Caddy, Lincoln, big Chryslers, etc. This because they often had to sleep in them.

Wait..the question was what would I take? See my Avatar. '09 Bullitt Mustang. It has adequate power and very comfortable leather seating.
Nice stereo and an Ipod with over 2,000 songs. Just set that to shuffle play and go. Easy to drive with balanced performance for both twisty
bits and straight line. Delivers over 20 mpg highway mileage. Can find service help in any town big enough to have a mayor.
Low profile with no stripes, spoilers or other Harry high school junk. Not the fastest car out there, but certainly not the slowest either.

I don't gamble at pool, therefore no worries about going so broke I couldn't afford a meal or a room.

Will I go on a pool road trip? Not very likely. At my age of 73, I much prefer the comforts of home.

Forget the crappy pool road trip, just get a Nissan GTR. No matter which year really.

Low Profile Car

You don't want to look like "money" when you show up.

You need a rusty, old car.
