We haven't had a Zyler thread in a good while. Joey posted a link to a conversion started by Kerry, and I believe finished by Joey, and it got me thinking about his work. I did a search, but the old threads have only a few posts. Let's see some of those Zylers hiding out in closets.

I keep going back to this old cue. I missed it for sale, here on AZB, a few years ago. I actually have a wanted ad in the FS section. If anyone has a line on it, or the contact info for the current owner, I'd appreciate it.

Kerry's real last name is Zeiler. He changed his brand to Zylr so people would pronounce his name right.
I remember when he was making that sneaky around 2003 or so.
He kept tapping it in the middle while the shaft was jointed.
He said' Oh, yeah. This one's gonna play."
He used French polish finish on that one.

What would it take for you to recreate this cue as a tribute?

I don't say much anymore on here,
These Ferrule are my favorite!!
I have one left after 30.
So does anyone have some to they are willing to part with?
These are not my pics.They might have come in the package when i ordered.
