We apologize for the internet hassles being caused by Harrah's.

We are trying something drasticnow on our end by dropping the streamrate lower.

This wll necesstate us to also redueyour screen size slightly.

Our logic is that the customers would rather have a smoother stream on a lower screen size than what we have been experiencing so far.

To this point Harrah's has been unable to fix their issues.

Sorry for al the hassle ang grief.

As bad as you all feel - we are SCREAMING mad at the situation.

If we purchase the entire 9 days is it available for people who have paid to watch parts of the event that were missed?

If you are referring to a all night loop i doubt they will have that.
They have not done it previously.

They have shown encore replays of matches to fill in time when waiting for the next live match.

BUT, this year there is a new schedule !

BIGFOOT 10-ball fills the first 4 days. Which imo will be an improvment.

Semi's and finals of the banks to follow, then one-pocket and 9-ball divisions.

Also the banks ring game !

1/21 - "Bigfoot Challenge" info and schedule:

Opening Day!
All Times Are Eastern Standard Time
Friday Jan.24, 2014

The Tournament opens with 4 Days of the Diamond "Bigfoot" Challenge.

Match times for Friday thru Sunday are:
Day Session: Noon & 3:00pm
Night Session: 6:00pm and 9:00pm

Final Day Monday Jan 27, 2014
Day Session: Noon & 2:30pm
Night Session Finals Only: 5:30pm

After the Finals of the "Bigfoot" Challenge,
Diamond will be swapping out the 10 foot table
for the 9 foot table.

Once that has been accomplished we will be presenting
the Semi's and Finals of the Banks Division beginning at approximately 9:00pm.

All "Bigfoot" matches will be "Full Production" in the Accu-Stats Arena.

Brackets for 10 ball?

Anyone else really really choppy? I've never had a stream be this choppy before.

"Dum-a-chum? Ded-a-Chek?"
It just started getting choppy the past 30 mins for me. Every 5/6 seconds there is a 2 second delay
