Cue ID Wanted

A buddy of mine at the pool hall told me his friend found this in his closet. We snapped some quick pictures and wondered if the experts here would know what type of cue this is. The points are sharp, but I did not have a loupe so I could not identify the material used in the inlays or ferrule.

Both the brass joint and the shaft pin are secured by a single phillips screw.

Any insights as to who made this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

That pin is a common Asian import pin. Get better close ups if you can - it looks like a decal cue.

Maybe it's just the pictures, but are the points curved?
I'm going to throw it out there, also, and say it's an imported Asian cue.
