Happy birthday and I hope it's a wonderful day for you.
Although it is widely said that fifty is the new forty and you could have a lot of years left under the right circumstances, your youth is now behind you.
As to who'll be willing to sit on your lap and how they'll conduct themselves, you'll have to take that a day at a time and see what happens.

Yes, 2020 is a lot worse than 1970, but the riots going on in New York City are eerily reminiscent of the 1970 Kent State Massacre.
I took a major cross county motorcycle trip on my 50th. Retired two years later. 20 years later still riding hard.
Your best years can be ahead of you if your willing to grab them and hang on for the ride.

Age and health are two completely different issues.
Some are unhealthy and or die in their early 30's. Others lead vibrant healthy lives well into their 80's and beyond.
