I know I have seen the logo, but I don't know what the heck it is.
Generally Snooker cues with a logo like that (decal, print, sticker, or stamp) are lower end though. The better cues have the engraved plates.

I have a lot of cue logos on my hard drive, including snooker and billiard. I just went through them and didn't see that one.

I spent some time trying to find this one, danced all over the Internet,
and also came up empty.
I wonder if it could be from a billiard club, like AA Billiards, or?
Maybe the stamp of a room.....
