too many stickys again - 01-17-2011, 01:10 PM

ten is too many to have up.. it uses too much of the page of posts.

maybe allow more posts per page instead of only 40

have less stickys

and best would be to only have the stickys on the first page and not every next page.

plus it costs more bandwith as more pages must be opened to see the same number of posts

thanks, maha

What are stickys? I see them but just ignore them. It does seem as if they are filling up more of the page. To me they are like stop signs. If there are too many they defeat the purpose. It was proven that drivers will then tend to race from one to the other and then do a rolling stop. If they are spread out they become more effective in controlling traffic and speed.

I am waiting for there to be enough to fill up the whole page with no room for other threads.
